  •  Palliative Care is often misunderstood but can provide very important support for individuals who are battling serious illness.  This is NOT end of life care but care that improves quality of life by providing relief from symptoms, pain and stress whatever the underlying diagnosis.  This site explains palliative care and assists in locating a specialist in your locale.
